A riad-inspired residence where centuries of Moroccan craftsmanship meet the comfort and technical standards of contemporary living.

The brief called for a home rooted in local heritage — hand-carved plaster, traditional zellige, reclaimed cedar — without sacrificing the performance and ease expected of a modern residence.

ORYA coordinated a network of local artisans alongside international designers, sourcing materials and craftsmanship that could not be found through a single supplier, and overseeing their integration into a coherent architectural whole.

The outcome honours tradition while quietly resolving everything a contemporary owner expects: climate control, security, connectivity and effortless daily living.
