Perched above the Mediterranean, this residence was conceived as a dialogue between architecture and landscape — every room framing the sea beyond.

ORYA was brought in at the earliest stage of the project, coordinating the architect, interior designer and technical teams around a single ambition: a home that would disappear into its setting rather than compete with it.

From material sourcing to the final handover, our role was to protect the clarity of the original vision through every phase of design and construction, resolving the countless technical decisions a coastal, glass-heavy structure demands.

The result is a residence defined by restraint — clean lines, natural stone and uninterrupted views — where every detail was considered, coordinated and delivered without compromise.
